hi, I’m Vivian Gietz (she/her): a Vancouver-based marketer from small-town Alberta. I left because it was too cold to study Creative Writing in Kelowna. after my undergrad, i moved to vancouver and i learned the ropes of marketing at a small, humble nonprofit organization. i spent the last 7+ years helping purpose-driven brands find their voice. this lead me to start my own business 3 years ago.

My passion for storytelling, love of warm weather, and fresh, fruity energy all shaped Melondrop. I'm a laid-back, go-with-the-flow kind of girl who loves artistic expression, whether that’s designing the perfect Instagram feed, crafting a heartfelt blog post, or painting tiny summer fruits on someone’s nails.

if i’m not crafting creative content, i’m painting nails, cooking delicious food, or watching reality tv with a cat on my lap.
